Leonard A. McCue, J.D.

Education: Western New England School of Law and University of Florida Law School, in addition to his undergraduate & masters degree. He left the cold of Massachusetts to practice law in the warmth of Florida. Attorney McCue began to practice law in Florida after successfully passing the Florida Bar Exam in April 1983. Attorney McCue practices only in the area of Personal Injury and Wrongful Death. Attorney McCue has served as Trial lead council and continues to provide the firm's clients with full litigation services through staff resources solely dedicated to litigation. In order to stay abreast of the constantly changing laws relating to automobile insurance and personal injury, Attorney McCue has attended innumerable Bar sponsored seminars. Additionally, he has attended seminars sponsored by both the Florida Trial Lawyers Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association. Attorney McCue acquired 63.5 hours of Continuing Legal Education credits in automobile accident law, more than double of him required by the Florida Bar. Attorney McCue is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, Manatee Bar Association, Pinellas Co. Bar Association and the Pinellas Trial Lawyers Association.
Attorney McCue's wife, Barbara, is an Executive Assistant with the law firm.

Attorney McCue's hobby is participating in Motorsports, throughout the Southeastern United States. Attorney McCue and his wife, Barbara, are the owners/founders of Q Motorsports Family Student Racer Scholarship Program, a 501(c)(3) charity.
