is a civil trial attorney handling personal injury cases. Attorney Reams, a native Floridian born in Tallahassee, received his undergraduate degree in May 1997 in Criminal Justice from the University of Southern Mississippi where he was also a scholarship baseball player. After receiving his degree, Attorney Reams worked for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and completed the Minimum Standards Training Course required by the State of Florida to become a police officer. Upon completing the course and during the time he attended law school, Attorney Reams worked with the Leon County Sheriff’s Office as a Reserve Deputy Sheriff. Attorney Reams graduated from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) School of Law with honors in December 2001. After graduating law school, Attorney Reams worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida for the past three years. As a prosecutor, Attorney Reams had over twenty-five jury trials involving cases such as armed robbery, trafficking in drugs, home invasion robbery, tampering with a witness, dealing in stolen property, grand theft, sale and possession of drugs, and DUI. In a recent case against a major insurance company, Attorney Reams was successful in obtaining an excess judgment verdict for our client.
Received her Bachelor’s of Art degree in History, with distinction, from Stanford University in 1976 and her Juris Doctorate degree from Indiana University in 1979. A former prosecutor and public defender, Attorney Bucha has extensive jury trial experience. Since 1990 Attorney Bucha has also successfully represented plaintiffs in all areas of civil jury trial litigation and currently devotes her expertise to the area of medical malpractice with the firm. Attorney Bucha is a member of the state bars for the states of Florida, Illinois and Wisconsin. Attorney Bucha is also a member of the Federal District Court trial bars for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois, the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers and the American Bar Association.
Attorney Nigro received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Social Sciences with distinction from the University at Buffalo and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate degree from Syracuse University College of Law. While attending law school, Attorney Nigro worked for the New York State Attorney General’s Office in the civil litigation department. Following law school, Attorney Nigro moved to Florida and began working as an Assistant State Attorney for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in Manatee County, Florida. During his time as a prosecutor, Attorney Nigro tried over 35 jury trials ranging from misdemeanors to life felonies such as attempted murder, armed kidnapping, armed robbery, sex crimes, sale and possession of drugs and DUI.
